By 2025, Dr. Jana marks an incredible milestone—20 years of dedication to education and transformative storytelling. Her inspiring journey began in 2005 when she stepped into the classroom as a Language Arts and Social Studies teacher at an eco-friendly school in Lebanon.
After five enriching years in school education, and having earned her MBA, Dr. Jana expanded her horizons by entering the world of higher education. From 2010 to 2022, she taught a wide array of courses at Balmand University, American University of Science and Technology, and Sagesse University in Lebanon.
In 2022, Dr. Jana took a bold step to bring her wealth of knowledge beyond the confines of traditional classrooms and into the dynamic world of social media. This pivot marked her transformation from a seasoned educator to a digital media expert. Her journey from academia to online platforms is a testament to her passion for blending education with storytelling to reach a global audience.
Dr. Jana’s innovative approach has earned her prestigious accolades, including being recognized as one of TikTok’s Top 50 Changemakers in the #ChangeMakers and #TikTokForGood initiatives. As a representative of the UAE in 2024, she continues to inspire and connect with audiences worldwide through content that bridges education and entertainment.
Today, as the Founder of JBR Edutainment, Dr. Jana is a trailblazer in developing innovative training programs for corporations, engaging digital content, and impactful masterclasses. Her areas of focus include parenting, public speaking, and Arabic for non-native speakers. Dr. Jana’s unique ability to captivate and educate has solidified her reputation as a leader in education, media, and cultural storytelling—shaping the future of learning in the digital age.
